Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant to provide full administration support for our client based in Birkenhead, Wirral for an initial 3 month contract.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Administration Assistant to provide full administration support for our client based in Birkenhead, Wirral. Main duties will involve:

* Managing incoming correspondence and ensuring all information is correctly filed and distributed
* Deliver the best possible customer serving when dealing with internal and external customers
* Dealing with incoming enquiries and ensuring they are followed through to completion
* Maintain and update the current database in line with procedures
* Provide a professional customer focused administration service

Previous administration and customer service experience is essential. A background within insurance/financial services is preferred but not essential. The successful Administration Assistant must be able to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to deal with people at all levels.
