Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to provide accurate administration support within the technical support department for our Wirral based client. Main duties will involve:
* Delivering best possible customer service when dealing with internal or external customers
* Input all data contained on incoming proposal forms and distribute workloads accurately, ensuring all data is entered correctly
* Searching and gathering missing information to complete proposals
* Managing incoming correspondence to ensure all information is correctly scanned, filed and distributed as necessary
* Providing general administration support for the department
* Ensuring telephone calls are answered promptly and professionally and messages and passed on in a timely manner

Previous administration experience and PC skills are essential for this role, preferably within the insurance or property sector. The successful administrator must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills and the ability to organise own workload effectively. This is a fixed-term 9 month contract in the first instance.
