Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Claims Administrator to provide a customer focused administration service for a busy Wirral based company. This is initially for a 6 month contract.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Claims Administrator to provide a customer focused administration service for a busy Wirral based company. This is initially for a 6 month contract. Main duties will involve:
* Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with existing or potential customers
* Dealing with all incoming customer enquiries and ensuring they are followed through to completion
* Accurately record data with regard to claims and issuing correct documentation
* Processing incoming claim forms and ensuring these are distributed
* Logging and assessing incoming post with regards to information required

Previous claims administration experience is essential for this role. The successful Claims administrator must be able to demonstrate an ability to deal with people at all levels and a good understanding of claims processes. This role is looking for people with immediate availability.
