Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Claims Handler/Processor to join our busy Wirral based client. Main duties will involve:
* Ensuring claims applications are dealt with efficiently and all relevant referrals are made to Managers and other departments as appropriate
* Using the Claims database to log, track and pro-actively meet KPI's
* Identifying any contentious issues or queries to the Head of Claims as needed
* Ensuring that other external bodies are kept fully updated and all documentation is provided as required
* Achieving all Key Performance Indicators and agreed customer service targets
* Complying at all times with FSA Regulations and company procedures

Previous claims experience is essential for this role. The successful Claims Handler/Processor must be able to demonstrate working knowledge of FSA regulations and a good understanding of the insurance market.
