Job Title: Commercial Technical Administrator
Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Salary: £16K

The Role:
As the Commercial Technical Administrator you will provide a professional customer focused administration service to ensure the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times. Based within the Wirral area, the main duties will include:

* Ensuring best possible customer service is delivered when dealing with existing, internal or potential customers
* Ensuring telephone calls are answered promptly, courteously and professionally
* Managing incoming correspondence to ensure all information is correctly scanned, filed and distributed
* Maintaining and updating spreadsheets and databases
* Managing the inboxes for various internal departments
* Taking minutes of meetings and distribute these with the action points within 24 hours
* Carrying out general offices duties as required
* Providing MI & statistics for internal departments


The Candidate:
Previous experience within an administration/PA role and working knowledge of word, excel and databases are essential. The successful Commercial Technical Administrator must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise own workload effectively and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in insurance is preferred but not essential.
