Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Customer Account Handler/Customer Services Representative for a busy Wirral based insurance company. Main duties will involve:

* Dealing with incoming customer enquiries and ensure they are followed through to completion
* Issuing policy documentation, certificates of insurance and related paperwork
* Delivering the best possible customer service when dealing with existing and potential customers
* Liaising with other departments to ensure customer service is met
* Informing clients the reason why warranties are not ready for validation
* Chasing clients for outstanding information and update database accordingly


Previous experience of working in a customer services and administration function is essential for this role. The successful Customer Account Handler/Customer Services Rep must be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels. A background in insurance is preferred but not essential.
