The Role:
As the Customer Account Handler you will provide a professional customer focused administration service to ensure the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times. Based within the Wirral area, the main duties will include:
* Ensuring best possible customer service is delivered when dealing with existing, internal or potential customers
* Dealing with all incoming customer enquiries via telephone/email/fax to ensure they are followed through to completion
* Issuing order pack, client paperwork and policy documentation
* Informing clients if warranties are not ready for validation
* Managing the inboxes for various internal departments
* Reissuing amended documentation
* Carrying out general offices duties as required
* Chasing additional information from clients and Underwriters for required information

The Candidate:
Previous experience within an administration/customer service role and working knowledge of word, excel and databases are essential. The successful Customer Account Handler must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise own workload effectively and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in insurance is preferred but not essential.
