Job Title: Customer Service Manager/Administration Manager
Location: Wirral, Merseyside
Salary: £25-28k

The Role:
As the Customer Service Manager you will provide a professional customer focused administration service to ensure the most effective systems and processes are followed at all times. Managing a team of 9 staff, based within the Wirral area, the main duties will include:

*Providing all round management support to Customer Account Handlers and administration support roles
*Issuing relevant documents and ensuring KPI's and timescales are met
*Ensuring all incoming correspondence and information is accurately uploaded to the system
*Ensuring the relevant databases are maintained and updated
*Attending management meetings as required
*Dealing with all queries from third parties
*Supporting the Head of Department in the supervision and success of the team to ensure delivery of best possible customer service
*Ensuring compliance with FCA is met at all times
*Providing weekly, monthly and quarterly management information as required

The Candidate:
Previous experience in a Customer Service Management role within a FCA environment is required. The successful Customer Service Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to organise workload effectively and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in insurance is preferable.
