Job Title: Internal Communications Assistant; PR (Wirral)
Salary:£14-£16k plus benefits

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Assistant to assist HR in leading employee engagement activities. This role will see a successful applicant working with "An Employer of Choice" for our Wirral based client, the main duties will include:
* Plan, edit and write engaging articles for a variety of internal communications, such as staff intranet, employee newsletters or regular email bulletin
* Ensure organisational activities and initiatives are successfully communicated to employees, as directed by Line Manager
* Facilitate and communicate employee surveys, while ensuring survey is updated monthly as appropriate
* Organise monthly distribution of company birthday cards
* Assist in organising and communicating about charity fundraising and support organising events
* Assist in the maintenance and updating of the intranet with updates across the organisation

The Candidate
A communications/marketing/PR background and experience of dealing with people at all levels is essential for this role. A degree, or equivalent, in a related degree such as English, Journalism or Marketing is a distinct advantage. A proven track record in creation of company literature, such as company newsletters or staff literature, is required. The successful Internal Communications Executive will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and must demonstrate high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of Windows Office Suite is needed.
