Job Summary

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to provide a professional reception and telephonist service within our client's Wirral based offices.

Job Description

Main duties will involve:
* Ensuring telephone callers receive prompt, courteous and professional attention
* Providing a full reception and telephonist service
* Ensuring messages are taken when required and passed on in a timely manner
* Ensuring visitors are signed in upon arrival and departure
* Providing refreshment to visitors
* Providing full administration support as required
* Monitoring and ordering stationery for the office
* Data entry of company information
* Logging and distributing all incoming post
* Undertaking any administration or secretarial support as required

Previous reception/switchboard experience is essential for this role, preferably with administration duties combined. The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels.
