Job Title:Receptionist/Administration Support
Location:Birkenhead, Wirral, Merseyside
Salary:£14-£15k basic salary plus benefits
Hours: Mon-Fri 10am-6pm

The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist/Telephonist to join a well-established company in Birkenhead. You will be tasked with providing administrative support and a full reception service to deliver the best possible customer service. The main duties of the role include:
* Ensuring telephone callers receive prompt, courteous and professional attention and that messages are taken as required
* Greeting visitors promptly and professionally and ensuring they sign "visitors" book upon arrival
* Providing refreshments to visitors on arrival as required and calling upon other staff as appropriate
* Recording stored messages from office answerphone and direct to relevant colleagues
* Providing full administration support and monitoring stationery levels to generate orders as needed
* Logging and distribute all incoming post to relevant departments
* Managing daily outgoing post by collecting, franking and recording for special delivery on day of receipt
* General office duties as required

The Candidate

The successful Receptionist/Administration support must have experience within a reception/customer services role and be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
