Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced administrator to carry out claims registration and credit control duties for a well established company based in Wirral, Merseyside. Main duties will involve:
* Ensuring the client registration process is administered efficiently
* Deal with registration renewal queries and issue relevant documentation
* Chase recovery monies from liable parties
* Liaise with solicitors regarding recovery cases
* Correspond with any relevant parties in regard to a claim recovery
* Ensuring queries are reviewed and followed up with agreed timeframes
* Liaise with third parties as part of the claims conciliation process

Previous experience of dealing with internal and external customers on sometimes sensitive issues is essential for this role. Debt collection/credit control experience is preferred but not essential. The successful Recovery Administrator must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing and have strong organisation skills. A background within insurance and knowledge of FSA regulations is preferable.
