Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Woking
Salary: £18,500 - £21,500 basic salary


The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Administrator within a maintenance services firm, working in a close knit team out of their Woking office. Reporting directly into the Office Manager the main duties of the role include:
* Dealing with all customer enquiries and coordinating the appointments for the engineers
*Ensuring job sheets are completed accurately and in a timely manner
*Monitoring job activity and providing regular updates to customers
*Managing payments from customers and reconciling these
*Analysing data and comprising reports for the accounts department
*Managing the filing systems within the office
*Providing adhoc support to the Office Manager


The Candidate

The successful Facilities Administrator will be a confident communicator and have a strong administrative background within facilities and/or maintenance services. You must be competent in the use of Microsoft packages and be a team player.

The Client

Our client provide maintenance services to residential properties throughout Surrey. They have multiple sites throughout the area and pride themselves in their professional levels of customer services.
