Job Title:Grounds Project Manager (Construction)
Location:Grays, Essex
Salary:£28k - £32k (dependent upon experience)

As our new Grounds Project Manager you will manage a Grounds Maintenance team based throughout the UK who make sure our parks look amazing, our facilities remain up and running around the clock and our residences are top of the range.

You'll oversee our major installation projects; preparing ground bases and supervising construction works when new builds are being added to our sites.
This will involve allocating resources including employed staff, contractors, tools and building materials, coordinating timescales, managing budgets and ensuring all health and safety legislation is adhered to.

As our sites are based around the UK this role will entail travelling to monitor works and staff, a pool car will be provided for this.

The Candidate
If you are an experienced Construction Project Manager we'd like to hear from you!

To be able to hit the ground running you will need project management experience in construction or grounds maintenance. A project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP (or equivalent) would be a bonus.
The Grounds Project Manager role will involve managing a team so you'll need to have a background supervising construction or grounds staff.

We're very quality-focused and truly believe that the customer always comes first. To really make a good impression you need to share this view and have great communication skills.

Owing to the nature of the role you would need a valid UK driving licence.
