A unique Project Management Opportunity!

Would you like to project manage installations of a unique luxury home improvement product which is coveted by customers?

Are you a project manager with experience of either premium residential construction sites (bespoke new build/renovation) and/or luxury home improvements such as bespoke kitchens, bathrooms or joinery?

Then you may well have found your next PM challenge! For nearly 40 years our client has designed, crafted and installed over 3,000 of their bespoke products at customer sites both the UK and globally, resulting with thousands of satisfied customers who are now passionate champions of their brand.

What will you be doing?

With an installation cost between £30,000 up to £70,000+ our client's customers are typically high net worth individuals including celebrities, or they may be are customers who have saved up for many years to fulfil their passion, however they all both expect and receive exceptional customer service throughout the full installation process.

Your role will be to project manage the full life cycle of the installation, managing a team of highly skilled craftsmen, joiners, carpenters, installers and fitters to provide a bespoke solution tailored to the customer's bespoke requirements.

Due to the nature of the role travel across the South East and surrounding areas will be likely, with time spent at head office typically only once per week. Therefore we are flexible on your home location, however you must possess a full driving licence.

What background will you need to have?

Ideally you will have experience of project management of high end home improvement installations including renovation and refurbishment. Liaising with the customer and their representatives from pre installation, installation project planning and specification through to project sign off, you will understand that the customer experience throughout the works is key to them becoming future brand champions. You will have the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, allocating resources to ensure all are delivered to exceed the customer's expectations. You will be comfortable in a client facing role and will be a natural rapport builder with exceptional communication as well as organisation skills, and you will understand the importance of communicating clearly with the customer and their representatives throughout the installation project. You will be responsible for site H&S therefore you will have strong health and safety skills ideally with H&S qualifications and you will need to hold a valid black CSCS card.

What are the rewards?

Basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000 plus quarterly bonus, plus high specification executive car plus fuel card, laptop, pension and expenses/company credit card. Holiday allowance is 20 days plus 8 bank holidays plus an additional discretionary 6 curtesy days over Christmas. Social events encouraged!
