The Role
As the Field Service Assistant; Engineering Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling new customer's telecoms installations and arranging repairs for existing clients. You will work closely with the Customer Services team, external Engineers and contractors to coordinate the projects.
It'll be faced paced, technical and very customer-orientated so you need to be able to thrive in that environment.

You'll be given lots of product training for the Field Service Assistant; Engineering Coordinator so a telecoms background isn't all important, you just need to be confident arranging Engineers diaries, managing those alongside customer's schedules and keeping accurate reports.

The Candidate

If you've previously worked in a Customer Service environment that would be really helpful and obviously any experience scheduling Engineers would be viewed as highly beneficial.

What you do need is a friendly personality, great telephone manner and good IT skills.

The Company
You'll be working in the Customer Care division alongside the close knit Customer Services team, any escalations or call outs they need will be scheduled by you. They are currently a little run off their feet but things should get back to normal once you join, though it's always going to be a lively, fast paced atmosphere.

As a whole the company have come on in leaps and bounds in the past 2 years, growing from 15 to over 150 members of staff in this time plus securing a large investment from the City.
