We're one of the fastest growing telecoms companies in the country who need a new HR Administrator to help coordinate our expansion and ensure that our current staff are fully supported throughout their career with us.

The Role
In your new HR Administrator role you'll get the opportunity to work within every aspect of our business, developing your skills within a fast-paced environment.

Our big focus over the coming years is recruitment and continuing to build our technical and commercial teams so you'll be heavily involved in welcoming new starters to the company, getting them set up on our systems and monitoring probation periods. As HR Administrator our HRIS will be yours to command so you'll be the one in charge keeping all personal files up to date.

We put a lot of emphasis on continual professional development here so a critical part of your responsibilities as HR Administrator will be coordinating and booking training courses for our staff.

As you report directly into the Head of HR you will sit in on most of his meetings, taking notes and following up on action points to ensure the department runs as smoothly as possible.

The Candidate
If you're an Administrator with experience working in a HR team we'd love to hear from you!

As operations within the company are really fast paced you're going to need to have great organisational skills to keep order and be able to suggest and implement improvements to processes.
We really care about delivering a great service to our employees and we're looking for a HR Administrator who shares these values.

Our HR team does use a HRIS so any experience you have using a similar system would be seen as a big advantage.

The Company
