The Opportunity

We're looking to take on an enthusiastic individual to assist with telecoms installation projects throughout the UK. This is a great opportunity to develop a career in project management within a growing organisation at the forefront of their field.

The Role
As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the PMO and supporting the Project Manager. Main duties of the Project Administrator role will include:
*maintaining the project database
*controlling the distribution of documents
*assisting in project delivery
*producing reports for the Project Manager and senior management team
*day to day project administration
*ensuring the PMO operates as efficiently as possible

The Candidate
If you are a graduate (or equivalent) or have experience working in a Project Administrator role we'd like to hear from you!

You will need to have some previous office administration experience and be highly organised. The PMO is a really fast-paced atmosphere, it's effectively the hub for all our operations so you need to enjoy working in a fluid, highly charged environment.

Great Excel skills are a must! You will be coordinating a lot of data and managing a lot of information so you have to be confident doing this.

Lastly this role is destined for greatness - the idea is that you'll develop your telecoms knowledge and project management skills to progress through the company so we'll be looking for your ability to use your own initiative, take charge and make commercially-viable decisions from day one.

The Company
The Project Office acts the as the hub for everything that goes on here so it is always bustling with people coming and going, all orchestrated by Belinda, the Project Office Manager. If Belinda was an animal she describes herself as a squirrel; busy seeking and coordinating resources for the now whilst planning for the future. If you are a similar type of woodland creature (fur optional) you two will get on well.

As a whole the company have come on in leaps and bounds in the past 2 years, growing from 15 to over 150 members of staff in this time plus securing a large investment from the City.
