The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a Production Office Manager; Administration Manager to oversee a small team and manage orders and lead times for a highly successful, fast-paced manufacturing company based in Bradford. Main duties of the Production Office Manager; Administration Manager role will include:
*making production plans and overseeing the department schedule
*maintaining the in-house ERP system
*creating and checking orders and amendments
*booking and checking delivery notes and stores booking
*conducting regular stock checks and the annual stock take
*investigating shortages
*delegating work to the production administration team
*overseeing employee relations for the production administration team

Usual working hours:Monday - Thursday; 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday; 7:30am - 3:15pm

The Candidate
As a successful Production Office Manager; Administration Manager you must have experience overseeing an administration team ideally within a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment. You will need strong MS Word and Excel skills (intermediate level or equivalent) and the ability to communicate well with people at all levels; from Production Operative to Managing Director.
