The company also offer a transparent opportunity to move onwards and upwards within the business, which is a big sell of the role.

If you have strong experience on measurable/quantifiable process/manufacturing improvements, which have saved, time, money or increased productivity or efficiency please apply.

You'll be expected to help lead the trial of new material, introduction new products and manufacturing lines and equipment. Last year the company introduced production of 22 new products to the Uk so new processes and products are needed all the time. You'll be used to looking into plant performance and how you can maximize the output and provide associated cost savings within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
