Your deliverables will be based around safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, improvement and most importantly people management. The plant already runs on a lean manufacturing model, with 5S, six sigma, Kanban, SIM, MRP and they have their own production system that is a combination of these, so naturally you'll have exposure in these areas.

You'll have an eye for detail and be a problem solver, you'll react to production problems, quality issues, and ensure targets are met. You will be good with data and will collate issues and losses and develop methods of reducing and potentially eliminating these issues moving forwards.
