Is this for you...?

Are you from a building services/HVAC/BMS background and are looking for a genuinely new and exciting role?

Are you looking for an adventure that may be all encompassing for the next few years that will take real leadership, charisma, energy and skill to truly deliver a successful result?

If you are check this out, it could be a good fit€¦.

What's the challenge?

You will take the reins of a virtually new, state of the art building service training centre, which up to now has been underutilised due to a lack of internal and external promotion.

The challenge is twofold, firstly to ensure that the academy is at the forefront of the minds of managers and business owners as the key place to send their people to gain technical expertise and increased product knowledge. Secondly to ensure that the centre upholds "best in class standards and courses" which will truly increase the technical competency levels of a whole work force.

You will visit internal and external customers to let them know the site is there and what services you offer and how this will benefit there people and units. You will be responsible for ensuring that the best in class engineering practices are embraced and adopted by the community who use the facility.

This is a key appointment and you will be supported throughout the journey by senior management, marketing and sales. Alongside this support you will have a small team of trainers, administrators and facilities to help achieve these goals.

Who are you?

Above all you believe that an investment in knowledge pays the best interest. You understand that to increase the capabilities of an entire workforce the journey begins with education.
You will have worked for a number of years within a building services/M&E projects environment. You may have worked as a consultant, manager with projects or operations. This may be working on projects involving BMS controls or HVAC applications. You ideally have a strong academic background and are either chartered or looking to become so in the near future.

You are able to work autonomously and are comfortable formulating your own strategy on how to drive a business unit forward. You thrive meeting with internal and external customers to promote your businesses service, and take a consultative approach as to how the services will add value to their objectives.
You want to take on a role that is probably different to anything you have done before and have the energy and gravitas to make a success of it.
If this sounds like you and you would like some more info please forward across a copy of your CV.

Who will you be working for?

Often referred to as the largest company you have never heard of. A company that believes in an open and straightforward approach, that's not scared of a challenge and likes to be passionate in everything they do. Driven by the ideal that it will have the most capable and best trained engineering and commercial teams in the UK, so it can offer the best delivery services to its customer base.

Apply to the job or send your CV to n.hindocha@bluefireconsulting.co.uk and I will personally view your application.
