This is a perfect opportunity for BMS Operations Manager looking to join a global company with the opportunity to progress to director level. Equally if you an ambitious BMS Area Manager, BMS Regional Manager, BMS Divisional Manager or BMS Territory Manager this is the role for you.

This role would also suit a highly experienced BMS Project Manager, looking to step up to BMS Operations Manager.

Based in Maidenhead, this is perfect for anyone in London, Reading, Oxford, Slough, Luton or Guildford.

The Role

You will be responsible for maximising operational and financial performance of the service business through delivery of excellent customer service, the deployment of service growth and performance initiatives together with the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies & process improvements.

Reporting to the Divisional Director, your main responsibilities of the role are to:

*Lead a team of regional Service Operations Managers who collectively manage a total of c. 40 Field Service Engineers.
*Proactively monitor and drive the retention & growth of Orders, Sales, & GM in line with divisional targets.
*Proactively monitor divisional recovery rates and cross regional engineer utilisation ensuring resources are maximised to meet the size of the business.
*Prepare an annual divisional budget with monthly submission of accurate forecasts and ongoing performance validation to meet budget.
*Work closely with the Field Service Coordination team and Credit Control to ensure operational and financial demands are met.
*Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction across the division, initiating improvements to drive service delivery performance ensuring key customers are visited.
*Lead direct reports to promote behaviours and learning to support team engagement and ongoing improvement of the divisions Employee Net Promoter Score ( ENPS ).
*Ensure divisional skill sets and training plans align with business needs and succession plan(s) are in place for core roles within the team.
*Work collaboratively with Eco Buildings UK & I Service, Sales, EUP teams to support sales and service activity, including development of initiatives and sharing of best practice.
*Ensure divisional adherence to both Quality and HSE policies and processes.

About You

The ideal candidate will have started out as BMS engineer and have several years' experience managing a large team of BMS Engineers.

To be successful in this role you must have excellent commercial and man management skills. Your strong business acumen and negotiation skills will help you drive the business forward. You will come from a technical background, ideally with a degree or HNC/D in an Electrical based subject.
