M&E Maintenance Engineer opportunity within a dynamic, expanding FM company.
Location: Slough
Salary: £38k - £42k (dependent upon experience)

The Opportunity
Do you want a varied M&E Maintenance Engineer role within a rapidly expanding company?

This is a chance for a Maintenance Engineer to join a customer-focused facilities management company who can offer training, career progression and experience working an M&E role within one of Europe's largest chemical manufacturing companies.

The Role
As the Maintenance Engineer you will be working as part of the facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the hard services, M&E and HVAC equipment over a large chemical manufacturing site.
Reporting into the Facilities Manager main duties of the Maintenance Engineer role will include:
*conducting daily plant room checks
*planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC, heat pumps, boilers and pipework systems
*maintaining small and medium volt systems
*testing emergency lighting and fire procedures
*managing small facilities management projects
*attending training courses to ensure industry knowledge remains up to date

The Candidate
If you are an experienced M&E Maintenance Engineer we'd like to hear from you!

To be considered for the Maintenance Engineer role you will need to have strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge with a 17th Edition qualification (or equivalent). Experience of maintaining HVAC systems would be seen as highly beneficial.

Any knowledge of BMS systems would be an advantage. Also Gas Safe or F Gas training would be beneficial.
