Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer
Senior M&E Maintenance Engineer opportunity within a dynamic, expanding company.
Location: Slough
Salary: £35k - £40k (dependent upon experience)

The Opportunity
Do you want a varied Senior Maintenance Engineer role within a rapidly expanding company?

This is a chance for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join a customer-focused facilities management company who can offer training, career progression and experience working in technical role within one of Europe's largest chemical manufacturing companies.

The Role
As the Senior Maintenance Engineer you will be working as part of the facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the hard services, M&E and HVAC equipment over a large chemical manufacturing site.
Reporting into the Facilities Manager main duties of the Senior Maintenance Engineer role will include:
*conducting daily plant room checks
*planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC, heat pumps, boilers and pipework systems
*maintaining small and medium volt systems (415 volt)
*faulting finding on the BMS system
*testing emergency lighting and fir procedures
*managing small facilities management projects
*attending training courses to ensure industry knowledge remains up to date

The Candidate
If you are an experienced M&E Technician or Maintenance Engineer we'd like to hear from you!

To be considered for the Senior Maintenance Engineer role you will need to have strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge with a 17th Edition qualification (or equivalent). Any F Gas qualifications or Gas Safe accreditations would be considered highly beneficial.

The Senior Maintenance Engineer role will need to have 11kV, UPS and generator knowledge plus an understanding of gas, water and electric utilities plus health and safety legislation.
