Project/ Contracts Coordinator
Paying £19k
Based in Warrington

The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for an ambitious Project/ Contracts Coordinator to work with our client, who are an organisation which provides specialist services for construction, facilities management, signage manufacture, signage installation, petrol station forecourt maintenance and fuel systems.

The Role
Project/ Contracts Coordinator role will involve working within the Image Division which handles one of the UKs most prestigious Automotive retailers re-imaging projects.

Responsibilities
The Project/ Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for:

*Coordination of the logistics of all inbound and outbound deliveries.
*Ensure all parts are delivered in a timely and cost effective manner by sourcing an appropriate transport method and grouping of numerous orders. This includes importing from EU countries as well as within the UK.
*Procurement of goods and services, being responsible from receiving a purchase requisition through to fulfillment. Upon completion/delivery, responding to subcontractor/supplier invoice queries relating to each purchase prior to payment.
*Ensuring plant and access equipment is delivered to, and is collected from site in a timely manner based on the requirements of the job.
*Monitoring various supplier activity reports
*Daily progress reports to suppliers and clients
* Liaising with colleagues, clientele, architects, building contractors, manufacturers and installation teams on a daily basis
* Gathering costing details, handling paperwork and timesheets and any other general administrative duties to assist in the delivery of products and services as part of the divisional team

The Candidate
The ideal Project/ Contracts Coordinator will have;

*Previous inexpert working within a coordination role.
*Strong Administrative skills
*Strong Organisation skills
*Strong Communications skills both written and verbal
*Strong Telephone manner

Desirable
*Project Experience
* Logistics knowledge

Hours of Work
The post is 35 hours per week, 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 - 16:30 on Friday.

The Package
Paying up to £19k depending on experience
