We're looking for a people person who wants to work in a fun and friendly facilities helpdesk team as a Facilities Management Service Desk Advisor. We're growing and need someone to come on-board to coordinate health & safety and our Engineers across our UK stores.

The Role
In your new Facilities Management Service Desk Advisor role you'll be the first point of contact for any of our Managers who need repair and maintenance work completing across our UK operation. This can be anything from fixing a coffee machine to servicing a lift, because we provide a lot of different facilities to our customers the jobs are varied. You'll also work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure our sites stay compliant and any issues are dealt with right away.
Once you've got to grips with the issue you'll take ownership and see that through to completion; arranging for one of our highly experienced Engineers or a contractor to visit the site, ordering parts and ensuring the job is fixed to a high standard.

The Candidate
If you're a friendly, organised person with previous experience on an Facilities Management helpdesk we'd like to hear from you. Alternatively you could be working in a fast paced customer helpdesk/support role supporting technical and/or engineering queries and issues. As the FM Service Desk Advisor role will involve end to end accountability for any maintenance or repair work in our stores you will need to be highly organised with a great ability to keep track of multiple projects at the same time.
You'll be the Manager's main point of contact with Engineers so to make the most of this role you'll need to be a real people person who loves to solve problems and encourage everyone to work together.
To be able to hit the ground running we will ideally need you to have worked in a facilities service desk or helpdesk before. Any experience using a CAFM system such as Service Channel or Maximo would be really helpful but not essential.
