Our Client a leading UK Law firm has an urgent requirement to recruit a facilities manager to take responsibility for the management of five sites located throughout the UK. The facilities manager will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of our client. Our Client a leading UK Law firm has an urgent requirement to recruit a facilities manager to take responsibility for the management of five sites located throughout the UK. The facilities manager will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of our client. Suitable candidates will need to have experience in facilities of Security, Cleaning, Maintenance and catering. The chosen candidate will receive a very competitive salary and benefits package.

Ideal candidates will be well organised and professional with excellent communication skills and a real drive to complete tasks.

The chosen candidate in this stand alone role will ensure that the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. Duties will focus on using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. Ideally candidates will have previous experience of dealing with statuary bodies and tenants as some of our sites have members of the public residing within them. Candidates will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services procured by the firm from third parties.


*Manage facilities supply chain, including suppliers providing the following services to all our properties (currently 5)

Security
Cleaning
Landscape and Plants
Catering
M&E Maintenance
Fabric Maintenance
Moves and Churn
Specialist Services

*Carrying out minor maintenance/repairs as required
*Space Planning, Churn and Moves management
*Liaison with appropriate statutory bodies, e.g., Fire Authorities, Town Planners, County Council, etc
*Liaison with landlords and tenants
*Management of Property advisors and agents
*Development, marketing, and management of innovative property occupation solutions for clients and third parties in the offices- e.g. serviced offices

*Health and Safety and disaster recovery
