Job Title: Facilities Coordinator (temporary) - immediate start!
Location: Barbican, London
Salary: £10.50 per hour

Looking to develop your facilities and maintenance skills in a thriving corporate environment?

As our new Facilities Coordinator you'll be responsible for maintaining our four storey London office to the highest of standards, helping everyone to enjoy their surroundings and be proud to come to work here.

Reporting into the Facilities Manager and working as part of a close knit facilities management team you'll conduct building checks to spot issues before others, coordinate repairs to the facilities, get involved in some light maintenance yourself (e.g. changing blubs etc.) and record any action taken.

You'll be the first point of call for any facilities maintenance issues spotted by our staff and will also cover front of house, getting the opportunity to interact with a lot of interesting people.

Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)

The Candidate
If you are an enthusiastic, confident and hands-on individual with facilities experience we'd like to hear from you!

Any background in facilities management, plumbing, carpentry or electrics would be viewed as highly beneficial. As you'll be liaising with internal staff and external contractors on a daily basis you'll need to have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
