The Opportunity:

Facilities / Operations Manager (Soft Services, Cleaning) required for our client based out of Leeds / Yorkshire. The Facilities / Operations Manager (Soft Services, Cleaning) role is an opportunity to come in to a massively established orginisation, working with their multi million pound contracts with extremely high profile clients.

The Role:

The Facilities / Operations Manager (Soft Services, Cleaning) will be running various contracts across approximately 20 sites. Each site will have a supervisor and workforce and you will be responsible for their management, the delivering of services, budgets and payroll

The Facilities / Operations Manager (Soft Services, Cleaning) will be looking after the soft services of contracts so this is predominantly cleaning, waste management and window cleaning so you must have experience of this really.

* Must have experiences in and around soft facilities management
* Must have multisite experience
* Must be able to coach and manage teams in the field
* Must have excellent client relationship skills
* must have excellent operational management capabilities

The Person:

For the Facilities / Operations Manager (Soft Services, Cleaning) for you will have multi-site experience as a lot of this role will be filed based. You will have experience of soft services and the management of them too.

A lot of the clients dealt with are to be the likes of the NHS and education system with various other ones too so experience of this kind would be beneficial, but not essential.

Location wise, based out of Leeds / West Yorkshire would be ideal but we would consider candidates from close to this location. You will be used to travel and have your own area (Yorkshire predominantly).
