Job Description

Job Title:PFI Compliance Manager
Location:Leeds
Salary:£38k - £41k plus car allowance

The Opportunity
Are you a Compliance Manager looking to make a real difference? Do you want the chance to influence entire contract lifecycles?

We're one of the UK's largest social housing providers who are committed to our responsibility for the communities we work in. Owing to that we're looking to take on a PFI Compliance Manager to oversee one of our key contracts across the Leeds area.

The Role
In your new PFI Compliance Manager role you'll work as part of a dedicated team to ensure the properties we build and maintain remain safe and functional throughout their lifecycle - pretty standard stuff I hear you say.

What's different?

Instead of compliance being an afterthought or a box to tick we're shaping the department around you. The contract lifecycle will be ran from a compliance perspective where health and safety, condition monitoring and PPM schedules will determine how the projects delivered. As our PFI Compliance Manager you won't be wheeled out to satisfy SLAs, you'll be front and centre of all our dealings with the SPV whilst maintaining relationships with the people on the ground.

To keep ahead of the game we constantly look to improve our processes and systems so, as the subject matter PFI Compliance Manager expert, your input will be relied upon heavily.

The Candidate
If you're a compliance expert with experience working in a PFI environment we'd love to hear from you.

To be able to hit the ground running we'd expect you to have a great knowledge of health and safety, backed up with a relevant qualification (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH) and be confident managing projects and plotting lifecycles. A background in social housing would be considered an advantage but if you have any PFI project knowledge click apply.

The PFI Compliance Manager role will involve a lot of communication and influencing so to make sure you enjoy your job you're going to need to be a people person who's confident in a boardroom and a broom cupboard. You'll have a lot of plates in the air but we're looking for someone who can always keep their eye on the broader picture; providing safe, affordable housing for our communities.

The Company
As the largest provider of affordable and social housing across the area we hold ourselves to very high standards so that our client's trust us. The PFI Compliance Manager position is crucial to that, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the services we provide surpass health and safety, maintenance and compliance standards so it's a really worthwhile role.

Everyone on the PFI team is committed to this plan, we're just looking for the right Compliance Manager to make it a reality.

If that's you click "apply" now.

The Package
£38k - £41k (dependent upon experience)
Car allowance
Pension
Reward scheme
CPD opportunities
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
