The Role
As our new Front of House Manager; Building Manager you'll be front and centre of our plans to make our property in the middle of Liverpool's commercial district the place to go. Whether you're a freelance web designer looking for a desk for a day, a marketing business needed office space for that big pitch or a yoga instructor looking for somewhere to hold a class - we provide it all, we just need to let people know about it.

As well as our open spaces we have a number of permanent tenants to keep happy. Companies love using our offices because we aim to make their experience as inclusive and welcoming as possible. This means that in your role as Front of House Manager; Building Manager alongside ensuring everything stays up and running from a facilities perspective you'll work closely with our customers to come up with creative ways to make their working day better.

We're aiming to become a focal point for the businesses and general community around Liverpool so to get the word out so as Front of House Manager; Building Manager you're going to need to do a lot of networking and event hosting to raise our profile.

The Candidate
If you're a friendly, motivated front of house or facilities host we'd love to hear from you!

Attitude and personality are key for this role; we can teach you how to book meeting rooms and coordinate engineers but we'll need you to bring enthusiasm, great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

You'll be dealing with a wide range of people on a daily basis so you're communication skills need to be spot on and any experience in a similar role, networking or managing events would be seen as an advantage.

The Company
We're a property management company who do things a little differently. Our Directors have got years of experience in the industry but wanted to set up a company that worked in partnership with our tenants and created spaces that could be used by their communities.
This is the first of our projects in Liverpool and we're looking at this as the start of a wider development across the city, which you'll be an integral part of.

Our HQ is in Manchester but as our new Front of House Manager; Building Manager you'll be a valued part of the team, fully supported by the Regional Manager and admin teams.
