The Opportunity
Do you want to start a career in facilities management with a leading architectural design firm?
We're looking for an enthusiastic, practical Facilities Assistant to start their career with a dynamic, creative international company. You'll be looking after the London office facilities to ensure the highest standards.

The Role
As the Facilities Assistant you will be responsible for overseeing the London HQ of a global architecture design organisation. Reporting into the Front of House Manager the main duties of this customer-facing Facilities Assistant role will be:
*planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling
*responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
*supervising work of contractors
*monitoring and fixing any minor maintenance issues
*testing and maintaining testing fire alarms, emergency lighting and electrical equipment
*setting up AV for meetings
*acting as the first point of call for any issues with building security

The Candidate
If you are an enthusiastic, confident and hands-on individual with facilities experience we'd like to hear from you!

Any background in facilities management, plumbing, carpentry or electrics would be viewed as highly beneficial. To be considered for the Facilities Assistant role you must have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills.
