The Client

Our client is a leading retail provider and vehicle supermarket of national standing, their London based outlet is the largest warehouse providing this service in the World.

About the Role

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager to join them and look after the warehouse, industrial and office stock and other associated company sites. Based out of the London site you will be responsible for maintaining and delivering Hard & Soft services as well as Health & Safety services on a Multi-site basis.

You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing best practice as well as ensuring successful delivery of all facilities and build services. There will also be a real requirement for skills in negotiating sub-contract services agreements and external construction service contracts.

Reporting directly to one of the senior staff you will need to be a strong communicator at all levels

About You

You will be an enthusiastic, experienced and senior level Facilities manager with experience delivering both Hard & Soft services across a multi-site portfolio. You will have full H&S industry training as well as some form of sector accreditation. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.

Your Skills

* Ideally a degree in a "built environment" subject and/or a relevant professional qualification, typically: MBIFM, MICE, MLE, or equivalent.

* Experienced Facilities Manager within the construction or clientside sector

* Multi-site experience

* Hard & Soft Services

* Sub-contract negotiations
