For this role we are looking for an experienced facilities professional and you will be working 20-25 hours a week where you can pick and choose your hours mostly. The role will pay pro rata of £20-25k as the role would be around £35-40k if full time.

We are currently looking to recruit a Facilities Manager / Co-ordinator for our client who are based in central London. For this role we are looking for an experienced facilities professional and you will be working 20-25 hours a week where you can pick and choose your hours mostly. The role will pay pro rata of £20-25k as the role would be around £35-40k if full time.

Our client are a services company running the private office and providing wealth management services to a high net individually and the connected businesses. This represents 1 floor in an office block and you will be responsible for the day to day operations here, its environment, tenants and services.

In this role you will supervise 2 receptionist and will be responsible for aspects of health and safety, fire alarms, and liaising with the building manager when and where required.

Ideally, we will be looking for someone who has done this kind of a role in an office environment before but would be interested to speak to candidates who have a good amount of facilities experience. This can fit in either with another role or as a one and only role.
