The Opportunity
If you're an ambitious Contracts Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on some of the highest profile BMS projects coming up in the UK we have the job for you.

Our building management solutions are currently being deployed across some of the biggest contracts in the UK and, owing to that increased workload, we're looking for a new Divisional Commercial Manager.

The Role
In your new Divisional Commercial Manager position you'll be at the forefront of our new BMS projects, managing pre- and post-contract negotiations and works to ensure we're delivering a commercially viable service to marquees assignments in London and the South East.

Collaborating with the Contracts Director with a team of 6 underneath you throughout the lifecycle of the project you'll advise on contract negotiation, suppliers management and project finances. As a senior member of the team you'll liaise with internal and external stakeholders to fully assess projects; forecasting and mitigating risk wherever possible.

Our BMS division is expecting to grow rapidly over the next few years so once you've found your feet we would be looking for you to continue expanding the your department and developing the current staff alongside your own career with us.

The Candidate
If you're a Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager or Senior QS looking for the next step in your career we'd love to hear from you.

To hit the ground running you will need a strong background in M&E or BMS projects and be confident of the commercial procedure surrounding the standard NEC and JCT contracts.
You will be managing a team of 6 Contracts Managers from day one and as staff development is important to us we would be looking for you to exhibit those good leadership skills which are going to make your team want to progress with you.
