The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for a temporary Facilities Manager to oversee key strategic changes within a retail and hospitality company based in Tottenham over the next 3 - 5 months. Reporting to the Director main duties of the Facilities Manager role will include:
*overseeing 4 sites across North and Central London
*ensuring current procedures for reporting FM issues are at optimum efficiency
*managing hard FM projects
*assisting with establishing sites and site closure
*managing the fleet
*maintaining excellent health and safety standards

The Candidate
As a successful Facilities Manager you must have experience overseeing the facilities management of multi-site retail or hospitality premises. NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent) you must be conversant with the highest standards or health and safety and applying these across a team. Owing to the requirements of the role you must have a background in assisting with site closures (including asset management) and setting up new outlets.

Additionally you'll be required to oversee the organisations fleet vehicles so experience in fleet management would be seen as highly beneficial.
