Immediate requirement for experienced Soft Facilities Manager, start date 2nd August, strong opportunity for permanent appointment

Job Description

Our client is responsible for a number of the key cultural sites within Stratford upon Avon and they now have an immediate requirement for an Interim Facilities Manager.

With main responsibility for the soft FM functions including service management of cleaning, security and catering you will lead a team of approx 20 staff and duties include rotas, budgetary management, operational management, health & safety management and liaison with the Head of Works in respect of Buildings and Facilities Maintenance.

Candidates will need to have strong knowledge of both hard and soft FM functions and H&S (qualification preferred), and will have a friendly and flexible approach to work. Hours are typically 35 hours per week (9am-5pm, 8.30am-4.30pm etc) but some out of hours cover will be expected on a rota basis.
