The Opportunity

We have one of the UK's largest retail estates and are looking to give someone with a maintenance compliance background the chance to develop their career within our bustling property team.

The Role
In your new Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator role you'll be responsible for our estate remains a safe and entertaining place for our customers to use. Working closely with our maintenance suppliers and reporting directly into the department head you'll administrate, report on and challenge maintenance and compliance for over 3,600 sites.

That's a lot of properties€¦and a lot of data. A big part of your role will be collating and interrogating information provided by our CAFM system, stores and our suppliers to ensure they're up to scratch. As Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator you'll develop and present reports to senior management and partners and identify where process improvements can be made.

Our estate is constantly evolving so you'll also be involved with various projects; advising on one-off developments to tendering frameworks, cost saving activities, SLA auditing and liaising with compliance bodies.

The Candidate
If you've had previous experience coordinating maintenance schedules and property compliance we'd love to hear from you!

To be able to hit the ground running a background overseeing retail estates or knowledge of compliance requirements like CDM regulations, legionella, electrical and gas safety would all be seen as a big advantage. The Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator role is data reliant so you will need at least an intermediate knowledge of MS Excel in order to analyse data and compile reports.
