The Role

Are you a confident Payroll Clerk with end to end payroll experience? We are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Clerk to join an established business on a temporary basis to provide full payroll support for a payroll of 300-400 staff, based in Bristol.



The Client

Our client provide a high end hospitality service and are looking for a Payroll Clerk/Payroll Administrator to manage 5 separate monthly payrolls.

Due to a current member of staff working their notice they have an immediate requirement for a knowledgeable Payroll Clerk to join their close knit team. They are going through a transition period where they are bringing their payroll in-house so experience of data uploads would be preferred but not essential.

The Candidate

Acting as the key person overseeing the payroll for the business, the key duties will involve:
* Managing 5 separate payrolls (total of 300-400 staff)
* Managing the process of annual P60 and P11d
* Reporting on sickness and overtime costs
* Liaising and coordinating benefits provision in conjunction with pension and other benefits providers for new starters/leavers and other ad hoc information required
* Processing pay review, national living wage increases and any ad hoc increments


Whilst initially being a temporary position there may be an opening for a HR and Payroll Administrator that the successful candidate will be first in line to be considered.
