Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experiences Human Resources Administrator who is keen to develop into a HR Advisor role. This position will be supporting the UK Human Resources team and covering areas of the business in North and Central London and other sites.


Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experiences Human Resources Administrator who is keen to develop into a HR Advisor role. This position will be supporting the UK Human Resources team and covering areas of the business in North and Central London and other sites. Main duties will involve:
* Delivering efficient and professional HR support in a shared services role
* Dealing with all recruitment administration including liaising with recruitment agencies, posting all internal vacancies, arranging interviews and coordinating assessment centres
* Preparing Contract of Employment and Offer Letters and informing unsuccessful candidates
* Liaising with payroll to ensure new starter details are forwarded and processed
* Coordinating induction plans and monitoring probationary reports
* Processing reference requests and coordinating contracts
* Analysis of absence reports and informing HR Manager of trigger points
* Providing monthly reports of HR Work in Progress for management
* Maintaining training records for HR team
* Providing advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and legislation
* Ensuring accurate information is communicated to line managers and employees

Previous HR Administrator/HR Advisor experience and HR knowledge of legislation is essential for this role. The successful HR Administrator must be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational and planning skills as well and the ability to deal with confidential information. CIPD qualification, or part-qualified, or equivalent, is desired. UK travel may be required to support projects and flexibility is required.
