Salary:£17,500 - £18,500 + Holidays + benefits ( working on a direct 4 month fixed term contract)

The Role

We are looking for an Administrator to join the Administration team of a multi-billion pound global Telecommunications company based just outside of Liverpool. The role, paying £17,500 - £18,500 per annum is working on a direct 4 month fixed term contract covering for a member of staff on long term sickness. However, for the right person there is opportunity for contract extension or infact a permanent position beyond the initial 4 months.

Although this is working for a global Telecoms company, experience in telecoms administration is not mandatory. We are looking for an experienced administrator with a good attitude and a willingness to learn as full training on systems will be provided.

We are looking for the Administrator to start as soon as possible, ideally some time in the week of 13th - 17th January so you must be available to interview either Monday 13th, Tuesday 14th or Wednesday 15th January, and be able to start straight away.

Main duties will include:

*Daily liaising with customers and suppliers ensuring a high level of customer service
*Creating and maintaining database records
*Providing samples and literature as requested
*Monitoring loads in and out
*Other ad hoc administration duties as required

The Candidate

As a successful Administrator you must have experience of working in an administration role before and will be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent). Excellent communication, numeracy and IT skills are essential as is good attention to detail.

The Company

You will work for a global telecommunications company based in the North West. The Package comes complete with a salary of £17,500 - £18,500 per annum + holidays + benefits, working on a direct 4 month fixed term contract, with opportunity for extension.
