The Role

Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Business Assurance & Quality Manager to lead the business assurance and quality team within a busy housing association. Located in the business district of Liverpool city centre area the post holder will take an active role in supporting multiple functions of the business including operations staff and key stakeholders by delivering services for HR, governance, performance management and report writing. Reporting directly into the Resources Director the main duties of the role include:

*Ensuring the smooth running of the business assurance quality function within the business and delivering against corporate objectives
*Developing and implementing a governance framework across the organisation and taking into account risk management and internal control processes
*Overall responsibility of the provision of support service to the Association's boards and committees
*Monitoring HR support across the business and ensuring services are in place to support the business and resolve employee matters efficiently

The Candidate

The successful Business Assurance and Quality Manager will be a confident leader with experience in both HR and governance. You must be confident in managing industrial relations and working with a board of management including presenting report findings. You must be able to demonstrate a strong drive and proactive approach to work. Experience within public sector and CIPD qualification are highly desirable.

This role will suit someone with a personable character who is happy to muck in where needed within the business.
