Salary- £32.5k to £37.5k plus benefits

HR Business Partner 12 months fixed term contract to assist with recruitment plans, resourcing strategy, workforce management, employee relations, performance issues, pay and reward structures.

Ideal candidate will be a proven HR Business Partner with experience in Human Resource projects, change management and policy review. On a personal level you will be highly organised and structured in your approach as the organisation plans significant growth in headcount. Permanent opportunity at the end of contract is a distinct possibility. Flexible working available for the right candidate.
