Salary:£30k - £35k (dependent on experience) plus car

The Role
Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager; HR Advisor to establish a HR function within a highly successful telecoms company. Covering sites across London and the Midlands main duties of this standalone HR Manager role will include:
*providing full and comprehensive generalist HR advice to managers
*reviewing current HR policy and devising a dynamic, relevant handbook
*coordinating and leading HR training workshops
*monitoring and managing performance across the company
*managing all employee relations
*overseeing the recruitment and selection process
*maintaining all HR systems
*visiting satellite sites (Midlands and Kent) as and when required

The Candidate
As a successful HR Manager applicant you must be able to demonstrate previous HR experience at a similar HR Manager; HR Business Partner; HR Advisor level, ideally within a telecoms, engineering, manufacturing, construction or utilities organisation. With an excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS codes of practice plus experience dealing with TUPE scenarios and working within a unionised environment you must be confident acting as the sole HR function for a busy, successful company.

Owing to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is essential.

The client is a highly respected telecoms company who have experience significant growth over the past few years. They have recently secured a number of new high-profile projects so this is set to continue and as such the company need to bring the HR function in-house to ensure best practice is adhered to and the company values of development and progression for all staff continues. The HR Manager role will suit a dynamic HR generalist who is happy to really get stuck into a role and develop their skills and career within an organisation.
