Job Description

We will help our new Administrator provide full time administrative support to our Land Agents, liaising with the Building Surveyor, Finance Department and others, assisting with the day to day management and administration of Residential, Agricultural, Commercial and other properties.

This is an exciting opportunity to help change our environment and work in a friendly atmosphere in a nice open plan office within a fantastic location. We're a close team here and like to look after our staff. We recognise and promote the use of your strengths and help develop your other skills.

What we would like from you:

On a daily basis, the general duties consist of answering calls, taking messages off and dealing with any enquiries that come in. As you will be well organised, we need you to help sort us out by arranging meetings and appointments, assisting with diary management and providing relief cover as required.

We would like you to liaise with outgoing tenants and update utility companies, BT, oil suppliers and local authorities etc. We will check over any tenancy and licence agreements you create and be the initial face of our company when dealing with tenants, licensees and any other 3rd parties

It would be fantastic if you had:

*Previous Administrator experience
*Experience in properties/lettings/social housing or estates

Our Client looks after a large estate with a number of estate yards and other buildings which covers an area over 145 square miles in a beautiful location. The company maintain and protect the woodlands within this area whilst continually looking to improve the sustainable management of the area. They have looked after this area for over 1000 years and will continue to do so in the years to come.
