The Role
Bluefire Consulting are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and to ensure all HR information and data is up to date, complete and accurate. Based in Manchester City Centre, the main duties will include:
* Administering HR related documentation such as Contract of Employment
* Carrying out all HR administration around the employee lifecycle
* Assisting the Practice Manager & Head of Operations with the recruitment process involving coordination of interviews and issuing relevant correspondence
* Liaising directly with Recruitment agencies to assist in the recruitment process
* Ensuring all training records are kept up to date and maintained
* Assisting with the Head Office operations to ensure the implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
* Recording accurately all HR information and ensuring the HR database is up to date
* Assisting the Head of Operations to ensure all company policies and procedures are in line with current employment law
* Acting as primary point of contact for all employee related queries concerning HR
* Administer holiday and flexible working conditions

The Candidate
A proven HR administration background with the ability to deal with people at all levels is essential. We are looking for someone who have demonstrable experience in HR projects and has a genuine interest in pursuing their professional development within HR. The successful HR Administrator will have excellent written & verbal communication skills and hold, or be prepared to work towards, CIPD or equivalent qualification. A background within law, or a professional services organisation is preferred but not essential.

This role is a permanent position for 37.5 hours a week (Monday-Friday)
