Job Description

Bluefire Consulting are recruiting for Franchise Development Manager to manage the expansion for all franchise expansion opportunities throughout the UK and Ireland. This will involve managing a team of Managers spread throughout the UK and main duties will involve:

* Develop and implement a franchisee expansion strategy across the UK and Ireland ensuring an innovative and consistent approach to franchise recruitment
* Ensuring advertising, recruitment enquiries, application processing, interviewing and assessment of candidates is carried out to a high standard
* Setting national and individual targets in relation to franchisee expansion within the UK and Ireland
* Managing a team of Franchise Recruitment Managers and ensure shared best practice and that the team and individuals exceed set targets
* Measuring effectiveness of the advertising strategy and ensuring efficient Return on Investment and reviewing where appropriate
* Review and improve key franchisee recruitment processes and provide new franchisee support
* To work closely with the Regional Managers to identify any issues and concerns regarding Franchise recruitment

Previous Recruitment experience and business/project management experience is essential for this role, ideally within a franchise environment. The successful Franchise Development Manager must be able to demonstrate the ability to produce and analyse statistical data and have experience of working within a target driven environment. A background of managing and motivating a remote team and an understanding of franchised businesses is required. A full UK driving licence is essential as this role will involve travelling throughout the UK and Ireland as needed.
