We are looking for an organised L&D Administrator to support the learning and development team, as they continue their impressive growth within the training function of the business.

You will be working in a busy training department in an open plan office alongside training professionals and other Administrators. Everyone has a "muck in" type of attitude and willingness to provide support within other areas of the business when needed.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

Reporting directly into the Senior Training Administrator the role of Learning and Development Administrator you will be responsible for:
*Undertaking self-learning in order to become familiar with the new learner management system
*Supporting the Learner Management System Project Team in the delivery of the learner management system
*Carrying out data checks following the migration of data from the HR database and ensuring all information is accurate and correct

*Setting up courses, process' forms etc onto the new learner system ensuring these are accessible for wider employees of the organisation

*Testing the functionality of the system and all other administrative support as required by the department

As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously, once the 6 month fixed term project is at an end there may be an opportunity for permanent employment.
