LOCATION: Winnersh Triangle, Reading
HOURLY RATE: £10.25-£11.52 per hour

Do you want to work an award winning technology company? We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator; to support an experienced HR Manager and provide adhoc cover for the Office Manager, within their head office located on the outskirts of Reading in the Winnerish Triangle area.

WHAT IS THE JOB DOING?

The role of HR Administrator you will be responsible for supporting an experienced HR Manager and Office Manager in providing first line HR and administrative support. You will be responsible for
*Assisting the HR Manager with recruitment activity
*Carrying out extensive reference checks both verbally and in writing
*Issuing job offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters
*Preparation of letters regarding disciplinaries and grievance performance management
*Inputting new data onto the HR system and providing payroll data entry support
*Making travel arrangements, preparation of rooms for meetings and making relevant arrangements for refreshments etc.
*Supporting the Office Manager in general office administration such as managing the post, stationary orders and adhoc filing

You will be reporting into an experienced HR Manager who has a wealth of HR management experience across a multitude of industries so will be able to provide instruction and mentoring support.
